A: Dear. You can sharpen it with a whetstone. Do not worry that this titanium coating will not fall off easily.

I don't even have enough words to praise this knife. It's beautifully balanced, has an incredibly sharp blade that handles anything you put before it (including my son's thumb - he's ok). Add to that the look - the black blade and the wood handle that sits perfectly in your hand, and it's an all-out winner. Too bad you can't give more than 5 stars because this knife deserves it.
