The Spanish chocolatier Amatller is especially known for creating noble and very tasty compositions, made of dark chocolate. Noble and tasty are the Amatller 70% Chocolate Leaves with Flor de Sal definitely too. The fine leaves are made of hand-picked cocoa beans and impress with their heady and pleasant fine, tart aroma. The little pinch of salt harmonizes perfectly with the rich chocolate aroma. Normalerweise mag ich überhaupt keine dunkle Schokolade. Entdeckt habe ich sie in einem Schokoladen-Geschäft und wollte sie eigentlich verschenken. Dann siegte meine Lust auf etwas Süßes und in der Not tut's halt auch mal Bitterschokolade...das muss dann allerdings schon sehr schlimm sein ;). Tja was soll ich sagen....die erste Packung war ruck zuck aufgenascht und für Nachschub wollte ich nicht unbedingt 300 km fahren. Zum Glück gab's hier auch meine neue Lieblingssorte und sie kam schneller an, als ich erwartet habe. Bitte weiter im Sortiment behalten :)
