I use them constantly *by E***E on Reviewed in the United States on 8 June 2022* I LOVE this bottle, I just ordered another one. It is small holding only 8 oz, which I down in about 3 gulps, I love it.You MUST use PURE water in this. Pure water is either distilled or Reverse Osmosis filtered water. Your brita filters won't cut it. If you choose to ignore that important suggestion, your bottle may get funky from bacteria/ mineral build up. This is expensive, but worth it, so you should really want to take care of it. You really should want to take care of yourself too, so NO tap water! The manufacturer says, Distilled or Reverse Osmosis water ONLY.This IS a an SPE/PEM H2 bottle as listed. It DOES NOT alkalize the water or change the PH of it in any way. Sure there are less expensive H2 bottles you can buy, but they REQUIRE tap water and the H2 produced does not compare to what this bottle will produce for you. Not even close.A few very important things you need to follow:Use PURE water only. If using bottled water, make sure it is distilled or filtered by Reverse Osmosis (it will state how it is filtered on the bottle label.) I have an RO system at home.NEVER drink from the bottle. You will get bacteria in it and the membranes can't be cleaned. Pour the water into a glass and drink it. By doing these 2 things, you will never need to clean your bottle as bacteria will never be introduced to it. I say this from experience as I had to throw away a $200 bottle because of the water I used in it (at that time, it was ultrafiltered water, not RO.) The bottle started to smell every few days. Once the membranes are contaminated, you're sol. Keep it CLEAN. And, I did try to clean that bottle with ozone, it did not work. Into the garbage it went.This is an 8 oz bottle and the lid has a venting hole. The cap has recessed threads for the bottle and in the center of the cap is the venting hole. You can't block this hole, so do NOT fill this to the very top of the bottle. I measure 8 oz and take out 1T so I fill it with is 7.5oz and this won't block the venting hole. The only thing I don't like about this particular bottle is the cosmetic cover up at the top of the bottle so it makes it harder to actually see so you don't fill it too much or too little. It does produce more H2 if it has less of an air gap in the bottle, but don't cover the venting hole in the lid. Don't fill water into the bottle spout, keep the water level filled to just below the bottle neck.The price on this is OUTSTANDING, I just ordered another bottle. I rarely walk away from a sale or a good price. This model, after 2 continuous cycles filled with 7.5 oz of my filtered RO water (TDS of 4) and lid on tight has produced 6000ppb for me testing with reagent drops. I did run my filtered water through a magnetizer/vortexer to "structure" the water first for 10 minutes, then into this bottle. I do not know if swirling the water first had an effect to the final H2 levels I got. I do not test regularly, I can see and feel how it performs. I drink about 10-12 servings daily. The water is wetter, smoother, and much more hydrating. For the amount of water I drink, if it was not H2 water, I would be in the bathroom peeing every hour. If I drink the same amount of H2 water, I only go about 5-6 times a day, so my body keeps more of it. This would be EXCELLENT for athletes, people who work outdoors like roofers, landscapers.......I have been drinking H2 water for about 2 years now. Never heard of it until then and I never knew anyone who used it. I figured wth. why not. The older you are, the more you will notice the benefits it provides. Achy joints, inflammation, foggy memory, sleep is all MUCH better as well as increased energy. Yes, it does all of that for me. I have had tendonitis in both ankles for over 15 years as a side effect from an antibiotic. I still have it and feel it mostly in the mornings getting out of bed. The water has taken all of that inflammation away. If I stop drinking the water, it does come back after a week or so, but hell, I'll take any relief I can get. I have to drink water anyway.If you are young healthy and have no ailments, I suppose there is nothing much for you to notice other than the smooth and wetter taste and better hydration and more energy. It may be preventing premature aging though. The older you are, the more you will appreciate this. It is NOT snake oil as some reviews I have read about H2 water in general have suggested. I'm not about to regurgitate the results of the many clinical studies done on hydrogen water and its' benefits over the last decade or two. So if you have a few hours, a quick google search should lead you into reading studies for at least the rest of the day. Before you go do that, add this to your cart or bookmark it for when you come back.I have over 10 H2 bottles that I regularly use. This particular bottle produces more H2 than it claims to. This model by other sellers and different brands here on Amazon is over $200. I know because I have them too. By looking at the bottles, they look similar, they just have minor cosmetic differences, but they are the same bottle/generator. The actual bottle is plastic and will not break or crack from the high pressure of the H2 production. If it was glass, it would have cracked. This comes with a USB C cord for convenient charging and also a breathing tube (which I have yet to try on any of my bottles) It is included here so considering that, this bottle is better than the other $200-250 bottles currently for sale here. I won't mention the brand names though.Important!: This will arrive with an orange cap over the membranes and some water inside. The membranes should always be wet. I always leave an inch of pure water in all of my bottles, always. You may want to keep the orange cap or just always keep water in the bottle. The bottle will perform better after a week or so after you get it and keep on using it. It's like a breaking in period. You will see more larger air bubbles coming out of the membranes for a week or 2. normal. I will never be without my H2 water. I absolutely LOVE it and I feel the benefits of it and know what it has done for me and continues to do for me. I have even looked into getting "home" machines, but they are $5K+ and these portable bottles produce more H2 anyway. This is the better choice for a much smaller financial investment, convenience, and the higher H2 production. Win.One more thing....IF you are going to do 2 cycles, before you start the 2nd cycle, remove the cap for a second and then put it back on tight.
