All cut outs on the case (for the speakers and charging port) are all aligned perfectly on my tablet. The case itself seems durable enough; I am confident that the outside rubber casing will protect it just fine in the event its dropped from less than four feet or so. It is worth saying the plastic shell has surpassed my expectations. It lives up to the description as it is much more rugged than I had expected. The plastic adjuster tab on the other hand seems kind of flimsy, but it does hold up my tablet both vertically and horizontally without any issues.
