I was nervous to buy a shampoo unit off amazon. But it’s great quality! All my clients short and tall have said how comfortable it is. Doesn’t strain the neck at all due to the head rest. Only complaint is we had to buy a hair trap piece because the piece that came with it was so flimsy. It is a pretty low sink so it sucks to bend over, but if it makes my clients more comfortable it’s worth it! I was worried about not being able to wash The hair out with a head rest but I have yet to soak anyone!

Very comfortable, hose is powerful, love everything except it's more of a beige color, not white of off white, very beige and the delivery guy did not want to bring the bowls into our salon which only required him to bring them a few steps from the door, he was very rude.
