The passenger side was weak, slow and stopped working completely in 5 days . The driver side had good power and was very fast but using it on the 20 year old window track hardware I soon had problems with the clutch slipping on the cable pulley housing, the motor would turn but the window would not move every time and the clutch would make a popping or clicking sound when the window failed to move . I installed the new complete assembly’s from Dorman and have had no problems sense. I also recommend replacing the switches too especially if you have an older car , the contacts get dirty over time and draw more amperage to operate cause other problems later **Added 10/22/2024 still working like they should on both front doors *** Review: Item did not fit on my 2008 town car !! I could not return item since i am not living in the US .
