Yes it’s a bit flimsy but not sure what people expect for £8! The measuring arm can slip about a bit but just check every few snips. I held it in my hand and used that way. Worked great. Really pleased overall and allowed me to cut three blinds to width in no time at all, compared to measuring every slat and cutting with scissors.
