I'd first contact the seller. They might be able to get replacement parts from the manufacturer. Or, second - maybe first...- contact the manufacturer direct. If it's a small part, they'll probably just mail it to you, but if it's one of the major parts you might have a problem proving that it's actually missing. I have no experience with either company, and certainly can't speak for them. Be nice but firm, they should respect a paying customer.
