I’ve changed from a queen to a king bed so I wanted the larger pillow. I’m a back, side and stomach sleeper, I turn a lot in the night. I’ve tried a highly recommended pillow on this site – it was too firm for my liking. I tried a “soft” pillow – it had no support what so ever. I then tried this medium support pillow. The support level was just right – my head sunk in and was cradled as I like. The issue for me was the loft of this pillow is pretty high. That sounds good but if you turn sideways in the pillow, you’re somewhat smothered as your head is low and the loft is high so your nose is in the pillow. If you prefer good support without the neck ache of a firm pillow and prefer high loft, this is a good quality pillow. I’ve returned this pillow for another medium firmness pillow that has a lower loft – that pillow is perfect for me. I got one as a gift years ago after having slept on one at my son's home when I came to help care for their newborn. Loved it so they got me one. I didn't know when I ordered these that t hey were the exact same pillow, so I was delighted. These pillows do not sag and bag when your head hits it. Does not smush down to nothing. They do rather allow your head to fit into a bit of a curve it makes but bounces back as you move, so the pillow is always fluffed and ready. It can not be machine washed, which is my only regret, though they do not seem to get dirty. And I've had my first one for 8 years now and they just keep on keepin' on.
