This system is set up to dispense 4 flavors of bag-in-box syrup, including soda water and plain water. It's very simple to hook-up (we've done all the work for you). The cold plate cooling unit is silent, does not use electricity, and installs neatly under your counter. Cold plate systems require ice to be placed over the cold plate and replenished as the ice melts. A plastic cooler/container (with or without a drain) is typically used to hold the cold plate and ice. The following items are necessary for the system to operate properly: CO2, water, syrup, electricity (115V AC), and ice (for the cold plate). Ice containers are not supplied with the system. Everything went well during install. I installed the cold plate inside a small refrigerator next to my dispenser which keeps the soda cold when it dispenses. Almost like a kegerator except for soda. Most of the syrup was available to me locally except for the Pepsi product. Our Pepsi distributor would only sell to a reseller and since this was used for home use, we had to order online from back east which took a week to receive and cost a pretty penny or two for shipping. The cold plate is an aluminum block of metal with stainless steel tubing inside. The cabonated water and/or syrup is run through the inside of the cold plate when soda is being dispensed in order to cool the liquid. The carbonated water must be cooled to around 35-38 degrees for proper taste and to retain the carbonation. A cold plate will me placed in a container, such as a plastic ice cooler and ice is placed over the cold plate. During use of the system the ice must remain on the cold plate. This is an economical way to have a soda system, however, replacing ice every few days is a concern for some people. The select of a soda system really depends on your application. **Q: Does it come with stickers and/or labels to put on the soda heads ?** A: Hello.. We do apply the labels for you. When you order a soda system, you will let us know what flavors you are planning on dispensing. We use that information to put on the proper labels and BIB connectors. **Q: Could it be installed in a food truck? what are the full dimensions space that needs with everything?** A: This system can absolutely be used in a food truck. The syrup pumps are configured for bag-in-Box syrup. So not designed for Whiskey. We can't recommend this application.
