Following a blood test that indicated my vitamin B-12 levels were seriously low, I chose to order the POMONA WELLNESS Vitamin B-100 Complex as a way to ameliorate what threatened to become a serious health issue. Several of my recurring health problems may, in fact, have been due to this ongoing deficiency. On the other hand, health issues can be non-specific and not directly related to a B-12 deficiency. In other words, the vitamin deficiency may not be the absolute cause of the symptoms but is responsible for making them worse. In any case, the vitamin B supplements were called for.Vitamin deficiency related health issues can occasionally be quite subtle and rather tricky to diagnose. Since B vitamin deficiencies may involve more than a single B vitamin, I opted for this high potency vitamin that contains the entire B vitamin complex. The pills are fairly big and may be difficult to swallow, so be sure to take them with a sufficiently large drink. They taste strongly of B vitamins so if you're sensitive to the flavor, you might try taking the vitamin with juice or some other fruit flavored beverage. Once I began taking this B-vitamin complex, I decided to take it for at least a few consecutive days while my body built-up a sufficient concentration until optimal levels were reached. My reading on B-vitamin supplements had suggested doing this.I've been experiencing a lessening of symptoms and increased energy levels following several consecutive days of taking this B-vitamin complex. These high-potency B-vitamins appear to be working as advertised, with no apparent problems or unwelcome side-effects. I'm quite happy with the way things are working out thus far, and will continue taking this B-vitamin supplement until the bottle is finished. At that point, I'll re-evaluate my situation. If you have any questions as to the efficacy of your taking vitamins, as always consult your physician. It's the prudent thing to do.
