I never really followed up with journaling but this is such an engaging book, that i looked foward to writing every day. It has nice, positive and encouraging quotes and tips which I love because they're not your usual cliche love, live, laugh quotes lolll. It also has a 30 day challenge which I just completed. I only used to journal when i was upset and wanted to get things off of my chest, but this book makes me want to write just about everything because it really makes you think with the questions it asks you. It helped me be more organized with my ideas and emotions. Tbh i didn't take it as serious when i first purchased this book, but once i started writing everyday, it really helped me STYLE MY MIND. I loved it. My first impression of it was, "Wow this book looks absolutely amazing!" (the publishing aspects of it are phenomenally done with so much attention to detail). I skimmed through it and thought well this isn't going to take me very long to get through but boy was I wrong! I've had this book for almost a month and am only a few pages in. The questions and order that they are asked in really make you contemplate how you want to answer (because it's such a beautiful book I felt apprehensive about putting anything other than the real, raw, reflective answers to each question). It really forces you to dig deep and really assess your inner-most workings. With the right atmosphere, it really feels like working with a real life coach and is such a valuable tool.
