This is easily one of the most adorable things we've ever ordered from Amazon. Not long after our Little Girl first started speaking in full sentences, she was amazed with a music box that I had gifted to Mom. It played "You Are My Sunshine," and she could sit and stare and just listen to it so contentedly. But she was simply too small to handle it. Fast forward a few years, we have a lot more faith in her motor skills and ability to handle relatively fragile things. And she absolutely loves riding on the carousel whenever the fair comes to town. So when I saw this, I absolutely knew I had to order it for her.It's packaged exceptionally well, so there's no chance of it breaking. I was pleasantly surprised to find that even though it only requires three LR44 batteries to work, the seller actually sends a 10-pack of them. So you never have to worry about running to the store for more, assuming they even have those in stock.Everyone who saw it ooohed and aaahhed. EVERYONE said they wanted one for themselves. And we surprised our Daughter with it, she was so tickled. It goes on the nighstand right next to her bed. It's hard to explain, but it also just sort of adds a certain something to her room. Like a gift fit for a princess. And our little princess deserves something this nice. It's all the better that it plays a song that has had meaning to all of us for years now.I can't imagine giving this any less than five stars.
