So my wife and I bought Yoga Sculpt and the Pilates DVD by Karen Voight. I'll discuss the good and the bad-Good- Core Essentials lunge and squat workout. Just step aerobicky enough to make it interesting but nothing you men out there will be too humiliated to do. She gets those legs burning.Yoga workout. Especially if done after Core Essential lunge workout it is quite challeging but doable by a beginner. I like it.Voight is ripped! Especially in the lunge workout which seems to have been filmed years ago. Even to a man it is inspirational.Bad - After the lunge workout Voight takes you through some routines that involve special equipment you can purchase. Better stomach and legs workout in here pilates DVD. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I'm not a very experienced yoga practitioner and I don't do yoga very often (only when I use this DVD actually) but I am able to *by D***O on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on July 19, 2014* I was actually very surprised by this DVD. I'm not usually a workout DVD kind of person, but after working out at a friend's house to this DVD I decided to buy it for myself. I'm not a very experienced yoga practitioner and I don't do yoga very often (only when I use this DVD actually) but I am able to easily follow her instructions and actually understand what muscles she wants you to focus on for each pose. I like the way that you can choose to just do certain portions of the workout depending on how much time you have or if you want to focus on a specific part of the body. I definitely sweat during the mat work portion of the workout because it requires you to use so many muscles, and even though the pace isn't fast you are really flexing and using your muscles the whole time.
