The rewiews are on point. It gets the job done. The BNC connector is a big plus for stability when you swap out antennas.This thing is whippy. It has a great big range of flex that makes it hard to break. It also takes strain off the connector. It keeps moving even after you put the radio down. Be warned. It can knock it over.Good antenna. SWR is just less than 2 on the VHF side, but very low (less than 1.2 on 440) on the UHF side. Compared to a handful of other antennas, I find that it has the lowest SWR on UHF than any of them.It seems that this antenna does make a difference on the UHF side, at least on DMR. VHF doesn't seem to be quite as strong though.I will say that I regard it as a good antenna, and apologize to the seller for any misconceptions that my previous review might have given.So, given the quality construction, and reasonable SWR readings, I must update my review and credit the antenna with more stars.
