This is even more true with the caffeinated one. I even put hot water and shook it up for 5 minutes. Still doesn't dissolve. Next i put it in a water bottle with water, shook it for about 2-3 minutes, and left over night, room temp. Still didn't dissolve.Also, I did Pruvit for a month but it was just too dang expensive. Pruvit would register the excreted ketones all day long. With this, it definitely doesn't show me as high and sometimes not even trace and it only lasts like 2 hours then i'm back to beige/almost white on the ketosis stick. With Pruvit it was definitely more consistent. I have the same diet. Nothing has changed. So I still had some Pruvit left and for 2 days I did an experiment eating the exact same thing, drinking the same exact amount of water. Basically it was Groundhog day. Pruvit was more consistent, tasted better, and reflected ketones longer. I wonder why, as the have the same BhB. Regardless...if it (1) dissolved decently and (2) had not so sour flavors (like pruvit tastes like dreamsicle) I would probably reorder. This is really disappointing because I have no intention of EVER re-ordering Pruvit at $145 for 30 days. I used other Ketone products and found them to work but expensive. I love in Canada so I order this and the 90 serving and just drive down to pick it up and am good for a long time. The 90 serving one tastes bad but I use mct oil chocolate. With these 2 I use an mct oil powder with them. I find the Perfect Keto unflavoured mct oil to work the best with the orange. Doesnt taste too bad, Like a Gatorade with a bit too much salt. Ive done the blood test before and after and it does what it claims!
