However, this was the first time that I ordered 24 instead of 18, expecting to get a box of 24, but was surprised to get 18 in a new box plus 6 more in another box. The full box was in great shape as usual, but the separate 6 bars had two of the wrappers torn open and the bars were broken up on all six of them, probably from jostling around in the box. When I brought it to their attention, I was immediately given a full refund on my purchase, expecting to just receive replacements for the six damaged bars; no questions asked.
