Ease of installation, fit, durability, quality Mfg, and that it blended right in with helmet cover. Velcro attachments very strong , and the extra loops inside and out are nice if you want to add various little things. Only downside is that if you are running a helmet cover that doesn't have a full strip of Velcro on the back, like mine, you will have to find a way to keep it from flopping around with the weights or NODS battery pack in it. The pouch has a loop on both sides for an attachment, but did not come with any way to attach it to the helmet. I made my own (yellow & red arrow). I would still recommend this as it a solid choice for a counterbalance pouch. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great piece of gear *by on Reviewed in the United States 15 April 2022* This is a great addition to your balistic helmet.
