## Description

Review: Incredibly Sturdy, Versatile, and Perfectly Low-Profile - These Kipika door anchors are an absolute game-changer for a home gym setup! First off, the fit and build quality are outstanding. They adjust and tighten easily onto the door frame with zero movement or wobble once secured. Despite being incredibly strong - boasting a solid 500 lb weight capacity - they remain very low-profile, so they don't look bulky or get in the way. One of my favorite features is the smart screw-carabiner style closure. It makes switching exercises completely seamless. You can leave the closure open for quick band swaps, or screw the nut closed all the way to completely seal the gap, ensuring there is zero chance of a resistance band slipping or escaping during an intense set. I set up a total of four on my door to maximize my exercise options: * Two on top: Perfect for lat pull-downs, high-to-low chest presses, tricep pushdowns, and bicep curls. * Two on the bottom: Ideal for seated lat rows, low chest flies, and targeted leg/lower body exercises using simple Velcro ankle straps. If you are looking for heavy-duty, reliable, and highly functional door anchors that won't budge under tension, these are worth every penny. Highly recommended!
Review: Good and sturdy - I have four of these. The reason I say that is because the last one I bought didn’t work on my bedroom door properly. Nothing wrong with the product just how my door set up. But I have three of them hanging on the upper bunk of my semi truck, and they work great. None of them have bent or let me down under pressure. So I would say if you want something sturdy, these will work just fine. Talk to text did not proofread.

## Features

- PROTECTIVE DOOR: Both ends of the door hook fixing door have added plastic protection pads to help prevent scratching and denting of your door.
- SAFE DESIGN: One-piece design, premium welding process. We have added a nut on the hook. The nut can be locked when the resistance band is hung on the hook to prevent the resistance band from falling off during training, which is more secure
- EASY INSTALL: No need to drill holes, clamp it on your door and tighten it by hand to complete the installation. The door hook is suitable for most doors. The gap between the door and the door frame should be greater than 1/8"", which is about the thickness of 3 credit cards stacked together. The door anchor can be installed on the top, bottom and sides of the door
- HIGH QUALITY: It is made of high-quality steel and can bear 500 pounds, but the strength of your door will determine the maximum load that can be supported. Adjustable to fit all common door thicknesses, adjustment range: 1/2" to 2"

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good and sturdy

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Only works at the bottom of door
*by A***N on October 4, 2022*

Most door frames indoors have nothing impeding the bottom of the door so this works perfectly fine there. However, the top of the door frames have a wooden overlay that prevents the door from swinging through and stops it in line with the latch. The door will not latch closed with this anchored on the top of it. If you pay attention to their pictures, the person working out with this on top is actually the one stopping the door with their feet against the bottom of the door. The picture I submitted shows the anchor hits the frame and the door won’t close, defeating the purpose of anchoring it up there if the door won’t latch. Hence, this can only be used as an anchor at the bottom of closed doors.
