On the watch you can tap to cycle through the options by tapping the U and the screen only displays for a second but you want to make sure there's green check boxes on everything (optional for rotation if you want to flip the watch upside down and optional for vibration) and to get the green check box you long press the U on the watch To sync: You go on your pokemon go game on your phone and go into the "settings", then choose connected devices and services and select "accessory devices" and on the watch you will just tap the U and your phone will ask if you want to pair and you click "pair" and after that there will be a little pokeball on the regular game screen when playing Pokemon go and you can just tap it to reconnect really fast for the future! The watch is responsive when auto catching, it charges fast! The watch attempts to auto catch pokemon (it's not successful 100% but it's so fun still!) it also will auto spin poke stops!
