Picopresso is the most compact and pro-oriented of our portable espresso machines. This specialty coffee espresso machine features a naked portafilter, so users will see delicious creamy espresso flowing directly from a standard 52mm 18 grams stainless steel filter basket during the brewing process. With the Picopresso there are no shortcuts. Each home brewer must master the art of manual espresso making by dialing in the correct grind size, tamping, and perfecting pulling technique – their reward; an authentic cafe-quality espresso that will rival any expensive high-end machine.

**Q: Can 1zpresso q2 grind find enough for this? which setting? i have 7 core version.**
A: I use the 1zpresso q2 with this grinder. It's a great combination. Do note that some dark roast coffee is so light by volume you might only be able to fit 14g inside both devices. Medium roast maybe 16g

**Q: the video shows a handheld grinder being used. Which grinders would Produce a proper grind size?**
A: Look for metal burr grinders with a lot of very fine adjustments.  I have a Kingrinder K4 which is designed for espresso, it works great (~150 16 micron adjustments).  The Kingrinder K0 is not meant for espresso, but has a lot of very fine adjustments (~140, 18 micron adjustments), I have pulled some great shots with it and my Picopresso. I would say it is about the cheapest you could go for a grinder that will work with the Pico. 1Zpresso also makes some great grinders for espresso.  The J-Max is their espresso hand grinder (over 400, 8.8 micron adjustments)!  The JX-Pro is also good for espresso and many use it with the Picopresso (over 200, 12.5 micron adjustments).

A: Timemore Chestnut Slim grinder 7 clicks off finest setting.

**Q: Does plastic come in contact with water?**
A: Yes

It's a manual espresso machine capable of making authentic espresso everytime. From light roasts to dark roasts, it delivers amazing and most delicious results. The machine is compact and very functional with a smooth work flow like any expensive electric semi-automatic espresso machine. A nifty, sturdy machine that provides delightful espresso on the go. The larger, non-pressurized filter compared to the Nanopresso makes a huge difference. This is a connoisseur's device. Experiment with the grind and dosage to get it right for you. Visually see the dense, gooey coffee oils seep out of the filter with a thin layer of crema. Also, very easy to clean.
