I was not disappointed! They worked amazing!! A previous reviewer said that these markers write continuously and smoothly. They were right! I have used other similar markers and I found that I had to continue to pump them, but that was not the case with these! For my first project with these markers I created a one month calendar using a large gold frame with glass. I drew a blank calendar using the gold chalk marker on a dark gray Matt board to go behind the glass. I wasn't sure how these markers would work on mat board, but I thought it was worth a try and it worked great. I put the mat board behind the glass and then wrote the name of the month, filled in the days, and filled out the calendar on the outside of glass. I found that it was very easy to erase any mistakes I made and rewrite on top of it. Unlike many dry erase markers these did not leave any residue or staining when wiped clean.
