Review: Comes with everything you see - I was a bit scared when I saw some customers complaining about not receiving the hard cases but happily to say I got everything as shown in the photos and they work amazing.
Review: Misleading Product Description - No Support - The scales don't come with the storage case shown - over a $200 set back if you intend to order it separately. desertcart was no help in trying to find a solution, and would not accept a return of the item. Just know that if you order this, you will be left on the hook trying to find your own case, and likely won't receive anything from desertcart as the seller. Otherwise the scales themselves work ok. The tablet is a bit laggy to open the app, and the scales take quite a while to settle out at the weight they are measuring. I'm not confident in how accurate they are either, as they often show different back to back weights, or flutter back and forth by 10lbs or more.

I was a bit scared when I saw some customers complaining about not receiving the hard cases but happily to say I got everything as shown in the photos and they work amazing.
