**Q: When designing in photoshop should I use the exact measurement(25mm) or slightly bigger(28-30mm)?**
A: The size mentioned in the product description refers to the finished size of the badge button. The size of the graphic design in photoshop is slightly larger than the finished product.
we add the dimensions to set up tag lines in your own graphic design software program.

**Q: how to use the L key wrench?**
A: L wrench is used to adjust the proper tightness of the die. there may be a loose when long time using, which can affect the seal of the badge during compressions. This is rare, the machines you receive are all pre-tuned

A: Yes, it does the work.

A: This is not a problem for the Mylar.
