If you use LGlutamine on an empty stomach 3 times a day (1/2 hour before eating and 2-3 hours after eating) it’ll go straight to the intestines and start the healing. It worked for me once before so I tried it again and sure enough 1 week into the protocol I’m much better. Last time after 2 weeks I was totally back to normal. I use the protocol that starts you at 5gr divided into 2 servings the first day. 10gr 2 different servings a day on 2nd day and for next 4 days 30 gr divided into 3 servings. Then you work back down over the next week. Stay on 5-10 gr a day for maintenance. This is the leaky gut protocol that is gentle but worked very well for my colitis or die off episode. I highly recommend a good clean brand like this with no additives. When you take with food it has different benefits for muscle building and recovery but on an empty stomach it works well to repair the gut. Amazing!!
