De snelheid die ik haalde met een Dell D610 was gewoon de volledige bandbreedte van de IDE bus (UDMA 5 --> Rond de 100MB/s). Ik heb hier geen retro laptop met UDMA-6. Het zou mooier zijn als de adapter net iets dunner was. Dan is er nog een grotere kans dat het in je oude apparaat gaat passen. Nu heb je een kans dat je mogelijk moet hobbyen omdat je net even wat meer ruimte in gaat nemen dan wat vroeger bij dat model vooruitgedacht was.
