From research I find that it is best to take on an empty stomach first thing in the morning with DHEA before any thyroid meds. It converts directly to progesterone. I have also found that it is known as the "mother hormone" and can be taken anywhere from 10mg to over 100mg daily. Since I have only recently received this in the past week, I cannot attest to effects yet. Again, due to research I am starting at 50mg daily and will go up from there maybe twice a day morning with DHEA and at night with GABA. From older seniors (I am 65) I have seen reviews as to aiding in energy, brain alertness, drive and determination. It also relieves depression and arthritic symptoms.
