The drawers are really hard to put in. You can only open one drawer at a time due to a child lock safety. Drawers are easy to open and close. Handles are alittle small so kids have to be delicate. I can see them easily getting lose if a child is rough or hangs on them Review: First and foremost, I want to mention that when you order this dresser, please be advised that when it arrives it will weigh more than 70+ lbs. Besides that, I do want to mention that I was able to assemble this dresser by myself within about 3 - 3.5 hours by myself. The instructions are easy to follow and the dresser itself is beautiful, but be careful about assembly because it does scratch easily but we were able to cover the scratches with a black sharpie. It's easy to move along laminate floors, but the moment you get it onto carpet it's difficult. My son and I tried to move the dresser to his room and the back started to fall apart on me. Once my husband got home, we were able to fix the pieces that came out. Overall, I love the look of the dresser, I love that the dresser has a lock mechanism so you can lock the drawers. The black looks very sleek and very clean and the drawers are deeper than I was expecting them to be. ## Features - NURSERY AND KIDS BEDROOM DRESSER: Universal design to match any nursery or kids bedroom; 6 drawer bedroom dresser; Crafted of wood composites, laminated with a durable, easy-to-clean PU coated surface, and includes Euro drawer glides; Assembly required - COMPATIBLE WITH CHANGING TOPPER: Complete your Storkcraft Brookside 6 Drawer Double Dresser with the compatible Storkcraft Nest Changing Topper to transform your dresser organizer into a multipurpose changing station; Changing topper sold separately - SAFETY TESTED: Tested to meet or exceed applicable CPSIA & ASTM International category safety standards including ASTM F2057 safety specification for clothing storage units, intended to reduce furniture tip-over hazards to children aged 5 & under - EXPERT TESTED: Storkcraft dressers are tested at third-party, accredited laboratories to meet or exceed all applicable category voluntary and mandatory safety standards; Packaging is tested to reduce the risk of incidental shipment-related damage - AWARD-WINNING BRAND: Exclusively from Storkcraft, proud recipient of the 2022 Women’s Choice Award for 9 out of 10 Customer Recommended Baby & Kids Furniture and Parent Tested Parent Approved (PTPA) Seal of Approval ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B01MXFW3OC | | Assembly Type | Require Assembly | | Capacity | 16.7"D x 53.4"W x 33.4"H (6 Drawers) | | Care Instructions | Wipe with Damp Cloth | | Color | Black | | Customer Reviews | 4.1 4.1 out of 5 stars (1,537) | | Date First Available | 20 January 2017 | | Department | baby-girls | | Finish Type | Laminated | | Is Assembly Required | Yes | | Item Model Number | 03666-10B | | Item Shape | Rectangular | | Item model number | 03666-10B | | Manufacturer | Storkcraft | | Material Composition | High-quality wood and composites; steel hardware | | Mattress Comfort | unspecified | | Number of Pieces | 1 | | Primary material | Engineered Wood | | Product Dimensions | 135.51 x 42.49 x 84.91 cm; 53.98 kg | | Shipping Weight | 55.79 Kilograms | | Style | 6 Drawer Dresser | | Type of Wood | Wood | | What is in the box? | Assembly Instructions | ## Product Details - **Brand:** STORKCRAFT - **Finish type:** Laminated - **Material:** Engineered Wood - **Number of drawers:** 6 - **Product dimensions:** 42.5D x 135.5W x 84.9H centimeters ## Images ![Storkcraft Brookside 6 Drawer Double Dresser (Black) – GREENGUARD Gold Certified, For Nursery, Kids Organizer, Chest of Drawers - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61+49vhlAuL.jpg) ![Storkcraft Brookside 6 Drawer Double Dresser (Black) – GREENGUARD Gold Certified, For Nursery, Kids Organizer, Chest of Drawers - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/6107h8iz-vL.jpg) ![Storkcraft Brookside 6 Drawer Double Dresser (Black) – GREENGUARD Gold Certified, For Nursery, Kids Organizer, Chest of Drawers - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/613i4SP4skL.jpg) ![Storkcraft Brookside 6 Drawer Double Dresser (Black) – GREENGUARD Gold Certified, For Nursery, Kids Organizer, Chest of Drawers - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/616UYuFo2lL.jpg) ![Storkcraft Brookside 6 Drawer Double Dresser (Black) – GREENGUARD Gold Certified, For Nursery, Kids Organizer, Chest of Drawers - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/6199xQzcn8L.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by C***L on 16 November 2025* Cute, sleek design. To be honest, due to the price, I thought the quality wouldn't be that great, but I was pleasantly surprised. It took me about 3 hours to assemble. All the parts were there, all the screws and holes lined up nicely, and everything went together easily. I've assembled furniture in the past where things didn't line up and I actually had to drill new holes, but these were done very well. For the price, the quality is great and the dresser seems sturdy. I appreciate that it came with a safety bracket. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the drawers don't open far enough. They are 13.5 inches deep, but when fully open only about 7" of the drawer is exposed. I didn't expect them to be full extension, but it would be nice if they opened a little further to more easily reach items in the back of the drawers. Lastly, I'm not particularly fond of the feature that allows only one drawer to be opened at a time, but I understand how this would be a benefit with young children. The levers that allow this function make a bit of noise, so be aware of that. Overall, I am very pleased with this dresser and would definitely buy it again. ## Frequently Bought Together - Storkcraft Brookside 6 Drawer Double Dresser (Black) – GREENGUARD Gold Certified, For Nursery, Kids Organizer, Chest of Drawers - Graco Premium Crib & Toddler Mattress – GREENGUARD Gold Certified & CertiPUR-US Certified, Fits All Standard Crib & Toddler Beds, Waterproof Sleep Surface, Machine-Washable Outer Cover for Easy Care - Graco Benton 5-in-1 Convertible Crib (Espresso) – GREENGUARD Gold Certified, Converts from Baby Crib to Toddler Bed, Daybed and Full-Size Bed, Fits Standard Full-Size Crib Mattress --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/399441226-storkcraft-brookside-6-drawer-double-dresser-black-greenguard-gold-certified](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/399441226-storkcraft-brookside-6-drawer-double-dresser-black-greenguard-gold-certified) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-18*
