I love the weight of the quilted fabric and I did used the velcro tape to attach to the plastic sides and it was quick and easy, I could also use my own bungee and wrap around the rear pillar. Covers the entire back of the 2nd row seat and I would recommend buying this for anyone who needs some protection in the cargo area. I can still access the storage area under the floor and I do have a sub-woofer but it's pretty loose against it so I did not notice much difference in sound...totally worth the money. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars High quality material. The cargo liner comes with 1/2" brass grommets already installed in the back part of the side 'wings' and elastic pullcords so you can tether the liner to cargo hooks if you have them instead of having to use the also-included Velcro. I didn't have cargo hooks in my vehicle so I added some Command strip type stick on hooks, which work great for securing the cargo liner using its grommets.
