But it is tough to get out. Dax claims their shampoo removes it but the shampoo reviews say otherwise. Suggestions?** A: I normally go fairly light with DAX High & Tight Awesome Hold and if I really want to get it 100% out of my hair I normally just shampoo twice with my everyday shampoo. YMMV depending on how much pomade you use and your shampoo. **Q: How long should i leave the wax in my hair or i have to wash my hair everyday ? can i sleep with this product? what about hair loss?** A: Petroleum based products can remain in hair a few days before the hair gets dirty enough that you want to wash it out.
