A: Fantastic roaster. Good price. Huge. Can't be found in stores.

**Q: I always brown my roast first before it goes in the oven. Can I use this pan on top of my stove? Or make gravy in it on the stove?**
A: I make gravy all the time on the stovetop , in the roasting pan:)

**Q: Can you put a turken in it?  Because it shows it is only 5 to 6 inches tall.**
A: How big the Turken? Pan 5” plus lid 3”.

**Q: Are there holes in the sides or re those just white enamel spots?**
A: There are no holes in the pan neither by design or defect.
