If you have many electronic devices like I do, occasionally one stops working or charging. Having a versatile and adjustable power supply is a must for troubleshooting and getting a device going while you order a replacement power supply. It has many connects sizes that should fit almost every need. I will give you one WARNING. The device comes with a six-inch extension output cord that seems to have no use and does not state what it is for. Well, what it does is reverses polarity, so you should never use this unless you are sure your device has the positive power on the outside of the connector, which is very rare. Reversing polarity may fry your device! It's nice they included it, but there should be a big red label affixed to it that states what it does. I dinged it a star because the voltage potentiometer (adjustment knob), is way to sensitive and its hard to set the voltage exactly, There are no detents or click in spots for the voltages so you have to fiddle with it and hope the knob doesn't get bumped to a different voltage during regular use.
