I found that while some reviewers have said these types of stylus take too much pressure, the issue is actually if the writing hand rests on the tablet (in my case, iPad mini), it can block sensing the pen as the hand is registering as a touch on the tablet. Instinctively, when you apply more pressure, you rotate your hand and then the pen registers as soon as the hand lifts. Most of them work fine at first, then they get hard and do noting. The screens on your devices are sensitive and many times the characters you want to touch are way too small to touch. This pen from Amazon ends all of those types of problems. The great part is there are two types of touch devices on each pen; one small, the other is like an erasure on a pencil. These are replaceable, and when you buy the pen, it comes with spare parts. They send you two (2) pens to begin with. This is the answer to your search for a stylus pen for ever. I use it all the time and it is really nice. The metal shaft is comfortable too. It is not expensive. Give it a try.
