I added a star because the odor went away with a few washings. And the wrinkles subsided. *by J***D on Reviewed in the United States on April 12, 2016* The sheets have an odor. Maybe it is natural, but I was sensitive to it. It dissipated a lot after one washing, but I still could not put the pillow next to my nose without a problem. I sleep with 2 pillows so I put the case on the lower pillow and it was fine. I think it will be okay after another washing or two. Because I have this asthma sensitivity, I try to buy sheets in a store where I can check if I am allergic to them. Target discontinued their Threshold organic sheets which had no odor, and king is hard to find where I live. The Target sheets are probably not socially responsible since they cost less then one third of what these cost. I took off the other star because these sheets lost their silky beauty after they were washed. I have new front-loading Samsungs, used cold and low and wrinkle prevent. Also just used a very small amount of Country Save powder to wash. I won't order them again, but I will keep them. The weight is perfect.
