Then, pour onto a pan on medium heat until they are ready to flip for three light, medium sized pancakes (or one large one if you're like me :) ). Again, this powder comes out on top! I will get a soft lump towards the end but I am just shaking it by hand in a bottle so that's understandable. Nitotech used to be gritty maybe up until a few years ago along with most other protein shakes but they changed it and it's much better now.
