I'm supposed to put water in a TightBowl and squeeze some of the scrub onto a TightBrush, whatever that is, and then after scrubbing my sneakers, I'm to wipe them off with a TightTowel. Since I just wanted to clean my sneakers and not have to go online and hunt down all this extra stuff, I used a plain old Rubbermaid bowl filled with water, and I scrubbed the sneakers with a kitchen brush. Then, after I was done, I used a microfibre cloth to wipe them off. Despite my not being like the cool kids and having the complete boxed set of action figures, I was really please with how well it worked. My sneakers looked like new when I was done. While I was at it, I cleaned a pair of running shoes and two pairs of canvas boat shoes, and they also came out looking like new. TightScrub has a light clean scent that's not overdone, so I was also pleased with that. If you're thinking about buying this, but you're not sure about all the TightExtras, don't worry about it.
