It can be used for agility training or for service/therapy dogs **Q: Is this latex free?** A: If you go to the fifth thumbnail photo next to the larger item photo at top of page you'll find that that thumbnail states clearly it is latex free. So hope that helps because I am latex sensitive and yes it matters a whole lot to me. If the thumbnail's change position look for the blackest background one to click on then it'll enlarge and you can read it in the larger photo spot. Also you can click on that photo and it'll come up as a larger one you can go through all the other thumbnails and see them in that inset. I hope this shows you for future items you may be shopping that sometimes you can see a lot of info you are looking for in these little photos but seems a lot of folks have no idea how to see them or click on them or what have you so miss out. But a warning not all thumbnails are magnified and sometimes you can't read it and that makes me suspect seller really does not want you to. Or they to are just not computer savy enough. We recommend the 50 cm peanut ball for women taller than 5'3". Keep in mind, however, that some birthing positions may necessitate a different size. The fire hydrant position may require a bigger peanut ball but for the semi sitting position you may want to go a bit smaller.
