The hop in is highly recommended for cats that stand to pee, pee backwards or like to scatter as the raised sides keep litter, liquid and dirt inside the tray. The odour is very less too . In the begining my cat was hesistant & suspicious 😂as it is dark inside. Also he was so used to the open tray. Eventually ,he gave in. The spill of cat litter sand is very minimal.
