Of these, the Vietnamese is a more mocha color, smells and tastes richer, costs about twice as much -- the label says, "... the highest quality cinnamon available in America today. Extremely strong, flavorful and sweet. ... use 2/3 what the recipe calls for." No country of origin. The other jar, Penzey's Cinnamon, "Just the right mix of our four fabulous cinnamons to bring the best of each to"everything you bake. INGREDIENTS: China cinnamon, Vietnamese cinnamon, Korintje cinnamon, CEYLON CINNAMON." I love my Penzey's, tiny treasures in a troubled world.
