It's the first time in my life that I've been involved in a dietary change. Honestly this book caters my attention because I heard all the comments about Adele's diet. So I choose to read and I'm very pleasant about it, now because a famous person did but because I'm eating more clean and organized than never before in my life, I was not conscious about the benefits of a balance diet until now. I think what is important about this diets is the fact that is not about to lose weight (witch is a good thing) but about to learn about food and their combinations.Talking about to follow the diet, the first 3 days were a nightmare, but all the proceeds about to do the groceries correctly, plan your meals ahead and prepare your meals was a great thing. Although the recipes look interesting, I didn't realize that I would have to convert each recipe.  Due to a busy family and job, I do not have the time or energy to convert each one.  I didn't realize it until recently and am disappointed that I was unable to return it.  Waste of money.
