All instruction in Japanese. **Q: What does piaa [peer] mean. peer suggests equal. is this a copy of the pia product?** A: PIAA is the name of a Japanese company specializing in automotive equipment. They make a variety of automative accessories including car horns: https://www.piaa.co.jp/category/english/e_4rin/e_horn/#400-500hz-sports-horn Don't know of any relationship to PIA as you stated in your question. I installed the horns on my Polaris Slingshot replacing the single horn that came with the vehicle. The sound is much louder and richer than the original one due to the dual horns set at different frequencies of 400Hz and 500Hz. Well-satisfied with the results. Hope this helps. **Q: do it come with the adapter wire ?** A: They come with wires and connectors. I am not sure what you mean by adapters. You simply plug the existing wire from your auto onto one horn and use the accompanying wires to connect the second horn to the first. Then ground the second horn to complete the circuit. It is all very simple and easy. **Q: will this work on motorcycle?** A: No, this don't work on motorcycle. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐ Compatibility *by V***V on 27 July 2026* Not really compatible with gmc sierra 2021 as the port on these horn are different than gm housing, unless wanna cut wires its works ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Quality *by H***R on 4 November 2023* The sound is very good and it’s an excellent quality. ### ⭐ Pésimo claxon *by P***O on 17 February 2025* Un producto que no cumple con sus expectativas en lo más mínimo, después de atravesar un charco ya casi no se escucha parece que le entra agua suena como trompeta con voz aguardientosa.
