I mostly use it to make pizza, and it does it well, but if you don't get it to be a bit brown and crispy in the oven, the melted cheese consistency doesn't feel quite right and can be sticky. It reminds me of those cheap Celeste microwave pizzas' cheese. Fortunately this is less of a problem after refrigerating (the cold cheese loses most of that consistency and stickiness) or cooking til browned on top. 5 stars because I never thought vegan cheese would come close to real cheese, but this is quite close. Review: Too expensive for not enough - It's "fine", but way too expensive for how much you get. That's the "vegan tax" I suppose. The melting aspect is funny, if you just top a pizza and put it in the oven it might not melt instead get dried out and crunchy. In the microwave is alright, must be something about ambient moisture content.
