I reserve the right to improve my rating if the seller makes it right and provides the inserts to me but without them, I feel like I've been ripped off. Only reason it's two stars instead of one is that I can still use them on a hard floor for my dog but definitely not how I intended to use them when I bought them and I'm quite disappointed that I only got half of a product. I shall try again somewhere else I suppose....updating my previous rating from 2 stars up to 4 stars for them sending out the plastic inserts to keep the mats sturdy.
