A must have for anyone installing outdoor SPECO bullet cameras.  Don't try to ad-hoc implement an industry standard weatherproof box.  Just use this.  The only downside is that the rubber grommet / weather stripping needs to be glued in place otherwise the install process is very cumbersome.
