I believe I did get some good info from it. However, the book/my book had hundreds of writing errors: misspellings, lack of punctuation, incorrect punctuation, no capitalization at times, parentheses that weren't necessary, and so many more grammar and writing errors that I honestly feel like someone was up all night trying to finish the book for printing and no one ever glanced over the writing to proofread. There were paragraphs that repeated for no reason. I was laughing the entire time I read this book since I have never come across a book of any kind that is so poorly written. At times, I couldn't tell who was writing, either: Marcello or Flanagan. At the time, he was making and selling pyramid tents, and I got one. He said that his cat had slept in one, and had become a vegetarian. Two noticeable things happened to me from sleeping in this pyramid tent.I had been trying to stop smoking for a couple of years, unsuccessfully. I'd even make myself sicker, when I caught the flu, hoping that I'd give up the smoking while unable to smoke, because I was too sick. Never did work. When I slept in the pyramid tent, all desires to smoke went away. I had no desire for oral compensation, nor any cravings at all. I've not had a smoke since then and that was about 45 years ago.I also became a vegetarian for the next 17 years.Here's another pyramid story. When I moved into my old family home, there was no fridge there. So I made a 4 foot pyramid and kept all the perishables in there for a month or so.
