I use both plastic with a gun pump and silicone ones and these ones are by far the best silicone cups I have use had the pleasure of working with. They keep a good suction and you can even massage with them. Which with other silicone cups I've found that doesn't happen as easily. I would definitely recommend them! And you can't beat the price! $39.99 for a 10 piece set is AMAZING. (The regular set came with a facial cup set which is honestly the reason I bought this set. It really helps to work deeply to loosen stuck fascia. I love it!!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good soft tissue tools *by D***D on Reviewed in the United States on February 17, 2018* I use these cups professionally along with Graston-style tools for treatment of various tendonopathies, such as plantar fasciitis, tennis and golfer's elbow, and Achilles' tendonitis. I also use the hard plastic cups. The Gaston-style tools (IASTM or Gua Sha) at the primary treatment, but I use the cups over the painful area.The advantage of these cups is that they conform to irregular surfaces better, such as around the elbow. The smaller ones can also be put on one handed--just push down on one edge of the top with your thumb, pull up on the opposite lower edge with you index ad middle finger and compress with your thumb. After/while the cup is compressed, lower the bottom edge back to the skin This technique is much easier for me than pushing down in the middle, and I get more suction.These do not give as much suction as you can get with the hard cups.
