It was easy to use and made a full bowl of popcorn. Yum! I filled the bottom ring/1st circle with popcorn, place it in the microwave and waited. I ended the popping around 3-minutes. The popping time will depend on the wattage of your microwave. Added butter & salt for my son afterward, not during popping. As I would not want the bowl to get too hot. Oil or butter would make it hotter and harder to clean too. Anyhow, great popcorn made easy. I love it! This is the third microwave popper that I have purchased and it is the 1st to have lived up to it's claims. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ works really well after a few practice runs. *by W***E on March 7, 2017* I've used this a lot to make popcorn. I have done it by following the directions and using oil. I have also made popcorn without any oil. You do have to be careful and take it out when the popcorn starts to slow down. The first time I used it, I burned my popcorn. After a few trials, I think I got it right. I know some people complain that the popcorn is burnt. They just left it in too long. If you find that you are burning your popcorn, just try microwaving it for a shorter time.
