It gives a perfect amount of moisture, glow and bounce to skin. I first used it because I saw 2 women (mid forties who both looked fantastic) buying it in Space NK who said it had changed their skin texture. It has great ingredients and a perfect smell.I am very fussy about products - and only use essential oils, aloe and spring water spritz on my skin - and tried to not use this for a while, but couldn't live without it! Amazing product. ### ⭐⭐ I have dry and mature skin *by E***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 27 November 2016* I have the skin type this moisturiser is aimed at.My first impression was annoyance that the jar was not filled properly. There is a huge gap of air where the cream should have been.If I had bought this product I would have returned it for that reason.The air would also effect the cream in a negative way as many of the ingredients diminish their work if exposed to air.I have seen another review that goes into much helpful detail about the negatives of using a jar for the cream. I totally agree.My favourite and most used skin care is Weleda, they package the face creams in tubes. Therefore no dipping in of fingers which just might be carrying bacteria. The bacteria will then go into the jar and onto the product. Plus the exposure to light and air is diminishing the positives of the moisturiser.Testing the cream was interesting. The first application I didn’t really notice anything special but on the second application the next day my skin tingled and felt warmed up.After about ten minutes the tingling became irritation and my sensitive skin was not happy. I love the smell of rose but the amount of perfume in this product is over the top for my skin.I usually avoid any perfumed products but hoped that with the claims of being natural this would be ok and it is not.There is a long list of ingredients which although natural are still capable of irritating sensitive skin and dry mature skin does tend to be more sensitive.After 15 minutes I removed the moisturiser with unscented face wipes as the skin sensation grew more uncomfortable. My face had gone bright red too!I wouldn’t use this product again. I think they have put a lot of emphasis on natural ingredients but forgotten that too much of a good thing is still too much!How much testing has been done on dry mature skin? Being over 60 your skin changes. In fact you can put more in your stomach than you can on your face, as your stomach is full of acid to digest and kill off any nasties, whereas your skin just soaks everything in!.Usually I just put coconut oil or almond oil on my face but this cream looked nice and natural so thought it was worth a try.In fact it is a nice combination and smells lovely and floral. It contains a varied combination of ingredients, including sacha inchi oil which comes from a nut from the Peruvian Amazon jungle. So these people have clearly travelled far and wide for their nutriceuticals.
