I used to take c4 but it gave me heart palpitations which kind of freaked me out.I usually take this twice a day (a scoop each time which last time I weighed it, was actually ~2/3 a serving).I really like the cleaner ingredients and 500 mg each of the 3 types of mushies. Plus the creatine since that isn’t the funnest to take on its own.The taste isn’t bad at all, you guys are just babies. It’s actually kind of good as a dry scoop, just follow with water or mix it together in your mouth. It’s a little sour/tangy.This gives me the energy I need to get my workout in and be productive throughout the day, esp since I’m on my feet a lot.A lil pricey so watch for sales. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pre-workout drink works. *by on Reviewed in the United States August 6, 2026* The pre-workout drink works gives you a boost of energy. The flavor is good. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great option for trying something new *by on Reviewed in the United States June 25, 2026* Love this one because of how I don’t feel jittery after I take it and you really feel energized working out! Flavor taste really good and not chalky. ## Frequently Bought Together - Ambrosia Kinetic Organic Preworkout, Mushroom Enhanced Natural Pre Workout Supplement, Nootropic Superfood Powder for Energy (Strawberry Guava) - Ambrosia Nektar - Superfood Powder | Complete Health Supplement | 30 Servings (Fruit Symphony) - Ambrosia Ember™ Thermogenic Fat Burner & Appetite Support Supplement Pills for Healthy Weight Management, Appetite Support for Men and Women with CapsiMax™, African Mango, and CoQ10 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/403493277-ambrosia-organic-mushroom-pre-workout-powder-lions-mane-cordyceps-reishi](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/403493277-ambrosia-organic-mushroom-pre-workout-powder-lions-mane-cordyceps-reishi) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-11-02*
