I put two in the eves of our 2 story house and they do an excellent job of lighting up the back yard with a very clear light. They were very high quality with a strong metal casing, large screws and bolts, and nicely finished. They were very easy to install, even 25 feet off the ground. Other ratings mentioned the shortness of the wire, I had no trouble connecting to a box that was close but not directly under the light. Connected with wire from house easily, and the wire has a thick outer cover and also appears to be of high quality material. I would purchase this brand again if i need outdoor lighting and have already recommend them to several friends. Review: Great light with some quirks - We bought 3 of these, light quality is really good and our whole backyard is lit up well. We chose these mainly because of the UL listing, however 2 out of the 3 we received had things ratting in them, opened them up to find cheap quality transformers had come loose, in fact the plastic around screw holes had disintegrated, so, we used some electrical tape to secure them, not sure how they got UL listed. The lights are awesome and they draw very little power. Look at picture! *by L***S on December 21, 2015* UPDATE 01/17/2016: I have now bought over 50 of these lights now and I have not had any issues with any of them. I have 2-3 lights in each big tree and it looks so beautiful now. I have not had a single problem with any of these lights. This is a great lights and I tested many lights before taking this plunge. DO NOT listen too or worry about the cord another reviewer said it was too short. I did not expect any of my lights to reach into an 50 foot tree. I bought a roll of wire for the ones that needed it for $25 and most of these lights the cords were too long and I had to cut some off. Very well built and sturdy product! The lights are incredibly awesome and they draw very little power. I was worried that adding 14 bright lights to one circuit (that already has my outdoor tv and such on it). I have added all 14 and not the least bit of a problem. Here is a picture from the front part of my house and you only see 8 lights from this view.
